Unless otherwise stated, all our products are shipped using NZ Standard delivery.  

We aim to have all items dispatched within the specified processing times where possible. Should this not be the case, we will inform you of an estimated delivery time as soon as possible after ordering.

Items are not deemed ‘lost in the post’ until 15 working days after dispatch have passed. Therefore, refunds for items not received will not be considered until after this time.

International

All products sent to customers outside of New Zealand will be posted using NZ Standard International delivery. Due to the high expense of sending orders tracked and signed (this requires courier delivery from New Zealand), we do not offer this method of posting. As such, tracking numbers will NOT be available.

Items posted to areas outside of the NZ can take 2-4 weeks from dispatch due to delays as the items clear customs. These delays can be longer at busy postal times of the year such as Christmas.

You may also be required to pay additional customs charges as imposed by your country before your items are delivered to you.
